Telephony (Twilio/RingCentral) is billed separately by those providers. Crew does not mark up telephony costs.

Billing Cycle

Monthly Billing

  • Subscription charges on the 1st of each month
  • Usage calculated at month end
  • Invoice includes base fee + overage

Annual Billing

  • 20% discount with annual commitment
  • Billed annually in advance
  • Usage overage billed monthly

Self-Service Upgrade

  3. Select new plan
  4. Confirm and pay prorated difference

Downgrading Plans

Process

  • Takes effect at next billing cycle
  • Excess usage may result in service limitations
  • Data is not deleted but may become inaccessible

Credits

Prepaid Credits

Purchase credits for usage:
  • Available in 100,100, 500, $1,000 increments
  • Applied before overage charges
  • Never expire

Taxes

Cancellation

Process

  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Complete exit survey
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens

  • Access continues until period end
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Export data before cancellation
  • No refunds for partial periods

Frequently Asked Questions

Overages are calculated at month end and included in your next invoice.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice/ACH.
Included minutes do not roll over. Prepaid credits do not expire.
We don’t offer refunds for partial months. Contact support for special circumstances.
